quickTerm allows a user-specific field to be incorporated into every task. Possible uses of this function can be to filter tasks by specialism, or to select tasks by project number, etc.

This field can either be filled entirely at the user's discretion, or "hard-wired" to a specific termbase field, such as "Department".
