Depending on your configuration you can display the current "term quiz" provided by your terminology team. If the administrator has set the term quiz as the start screen, then it will be displayed immediately after entering the Site.

After clicking on "Start quiz" you will be guided through a set of questions with 4 possible answers each. At the end, you will receive a summary on how you did on the quiz.

If you were taking the quiz as an anonymous user, then you will be asked to enter your name at the end of the quiz.
